Who We Are?

Our mission is clear: to tackle the pressing issue of rampant adolescent births that have cast shadows over the development prospects of rural communities in Ghana. The statistics are sobering across the regions in Ghana.

Not only are the figures alarming, they were accompanied by the looming risks of sexually transmitted diseases and infections. Adolescent pregnancy is thus a national concern in Ghana.

Royal Vine Foundation LBG is on a mission to create a tangible impact in society, combatting the challenge of adolescent births. Our focus extends beyond crisis intervention. With a foundation built on three pivotal objectives, we navigate the landscape of societal impact with a commitment to empowerment, education, and transformative changes. We are committed to empowering adolescent mothers and young women through skill development and training, enabling them to launch their own businesses. We go further by providing technology training to enhance their capacity in marketing their enterprises and products. Our holistic approach ensures that service users not only discover their purposes but also gain access to comprehensive sexual reproductive healthcare and education. Comprising a dedicated group of individuals, we are united by a shared vision: to make a profound and Real IMPACT that resonates with lasting change.

• Respect - We attach a sense of worth and personal value to our staff, volunteers, service users, partners and stakeholders. We welcome and respect the diversity of our staff, service users, partners, donors, volunteers, stakeholders and management. We acknowledge and honor the fundamental value and dignity of all individuals, maintaining an environment that respects diverse culture, traditions, heritages and experiences. Staff and Volunteers of RVF LBG will continually respect the rights and dignity of persons, respect institutions we work with, whose values align with the values of RVF LBG, engage with partners on the basis of mutual respect as a way to open up channels to find the solutions to problems or challenges being dealt with.

• Mentorship - We empower ourselves and our service users by reinforcing knowledge base and skills training to ensure capacity building and education. Mentoring is a great way to develop talent, with benefits for both parties (mentors and mentees) invested in the relationship. Bestowing real life experiences, impacting knowledge and skill, among others, on our service users will help empower them to create their own initiatives and innovations. People have great abilities and potential; all they need is to get fired up for greatness through coaching and instruction from knowledgeable partners, stakeholders and staff. The skills, abilities and talents of beneficiaries will be improved or taught to empower them to be able to develop their own means of starting businesses and/or furthering their education, career objectives, among others.
