With a foundation built on three pivotal objectives, we navigate the landscape of societal impact with a commitment to empowerment, education, and transformative changes. We are committed to empowering adolescent mothers and young women through skill development and training, enabling them to launch their own businesses. We go further by providing technology training to enhance their capacity in marketing their enterprises and products. Our holistic approach ensures that service users not only discover their purposes but also gain access to comprehensive sexual reproductive healthcare and education. Comprising a dedicated group of individuals, we are united by a shared vision: to make a profound and Real IMPACT that resonates with lasting change.

  • Respect - We attach a sense of worth and personal value to our staff, volunteers, service users, partners and stakeholders. We welcome and respect the diversity of our staff, service users, partners, donors, volunteers, stakeholders and management. Staff and Volunteers of RVF LBG will continually respect the rights and dignity of persons, respect institutions we work with, whose values align with the values of RVF LBG, engage with partners on the basis of mutual respect as a way to open up channels to find the solutions to problems or challenges being dealt with.
